Andrea Vattovani Architecture unveiled the proposal for a multi-storey skyscraper in New York City. The proposal of a mixed use building next to the UN Headquarters which is characterized trough a mixed use between public and private. The inner core is a sort of vertical public space allowing with every climatic condition to go trough different function like in a city. The 350 m building developes around the core a outer ring with offices and flats depending on the sun direction.
